You may cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure with no fees. Any cancellations within the 48 hour period prior to departure will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your booked service.

In relation to weather related cancellations, ONLY THE CAPTAIN can cancel tours due to weather conditions. If weather cancels your departure, we will prioritize rescheduling your trip at another time that works for you or you will be refunded in full.
